      Thirty-five-year professional career has included balance of private practice, general counsel and executive management leadership primarily focused within the logistics industry.  Legal has included private and corporate practice in litigation, merger and acquisition, commercial transactions, transportation law and corporate governance.  Executive leadership has included turnaround management, formation of business enterprises, growth strategy, process excellence, capital structure, acquisition and consummation of strategic growth.
